We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services that focus on your long-term health and preventive care. Your primary care provider will get to know you, so they’re better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up. The best part? Vaccines

Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at the Premise Health Center. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk in to get your vaccines.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella and Zoster.

Travel medicine

At the Premise Health Center, we offer travel medicine services to help you plan for your trip and to stay well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated, refilling your prescriptions and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.

Our travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccinations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as post-travel assessments and treatment, or specialist referral.

You can get the same great care you receive at your wellness center, virtually, either online or over the phone. This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted provider during your center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Get the care you need at home, in the office or on the go.

*To conduct a local virtual visit, you must be in the same state in which your provider is licensed.

Premise Health is a provider of in-person and virtual health for the world’s leading organizations. In other words, we partner with companies to bring their employees healthcare services and operate their wellness centers.

Members are what we call our patients who are eligible to use a wellness center operated by Premise Health. It’s not a membership that you have to pay for or apply to be a part of. You’re simply considered a member once your employer has partnered with us to provide your health and wellness services.

A health clinic is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.

The Premise Health Center is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. The Premise Health Center is not staffed or managed by Johnson & Johnson or their employees in any way.

While where you receive care is a personal choice, we hope you’ll consider trusting us with your overall wellbeing, much like Johnson & Johnson has trusted us as a partner in health. We’d love to see you soon!

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within the Vision Employee Health Center.

The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit mypremisehealth.com to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.

You can also call (908) 927-7209 or visit during regular center hours to make an appointment.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
Same-day appointments are typically available.

My Premise Health is your member portal. It is a secure online and mobile tool that you can use to manage your health information. My Premise Health connects you to your health by providing convenient access to book and manage appointments, message your providers, conduct virtual visits, view visit history, see your test results and more.
