Physical therapy

You don’t have to live with pain and discomfort. Our physical therapists are dedicated to your overall wellbeing. They work with your primary care provider to understand your specific health needs and conditions. They’ll get to the root cause of your injury and work with you to prevent future complications so you can get back to moving with ease.

We offer a full range of services for you and your family, in-person or virtually, that include on-the-job injury prevention and treatment, therapeutic exercise and conditioning, pre- and post-operation rehabilitation, orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, health management and awareness education.

Travel medicine

At The Doc Powered by Premise Health, we offer travel medicine services to help you and your family plan for your trip and to stay well while you’re away. Based on your destination, things like getting vaccinated, refilling your prescriptions and discussing health risks with your provider can make or break your travel experience.

Our travel medicine services include pre-travel risk assessment, prescriptions and vaccinations based on destination, risk reduction planning and education for self-treatment, as well as post-travel assessments and treatment, or specialist referral.

Women's health

Women have unique healthcare needs. Our providers spend time getting to know you, or the women in your life, to best understand your health goals. They’ll come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health. Along with general primary care services, we offer the following specifically for women’s health: breast cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, contraception counseling, STD testing and counseling, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), counseling for interpersonal and domestic violence, comprehensive family care, and education for self-awareness. Women’s health services are available for all Devon’s employees and their families.


Vaccines are an essential part of public health. You have convenient access to many vaccines at The Doc Powered by Premise Health. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you and your family based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk in to get your vaccines.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, COVID-19, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella and Zoster.

Lab services

To support you and your family’s needs, we offer clinical lab services that include onsite testing and specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. You can receive your results electronically through your My Premise Health patient portal or during an in-person or virtual follow-up appointment with your provider.

We can perform and process the following lab tests onsite: glucose and lipid testing, rapid strep testing, influenza testing, urine pregnancy testing, urine dip screenings. We also offer COVID-19 testing and PCR.

*Turnaround time for results is subject to national trends and case surges.

Mental health

At the Doc we believe that your mental and emotional wellbeing are just as important as your physical health. With our mental health services, you and your eligible dependents can get the support you need. Your licensed counselor will actively work as part of your care team to support your overall health while making you feel safe and comfortable. You can conveniently reach them in-person or virtually, through video or by phone.*

With a blended approach of counseling techniques and evidence-based talk therapy, our mental health counseling services cover anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, ADHD, grief, adjustment challenges, substance abuse, work/life balance, family conflict and sleep issues. Care management

Care management offers guided support when you need it most. Whether you’re juggling multiple conditions or just need a little extra support getting your health in check, your care manager is here to help. 

You have a dedicated care manager available through your wellness center. As a licensed nurse, they’ll work with your care team to provide personalized plans, coaching, education and ongoing monitoring and follow-ups throughout your care journey. Through hands-on guidance and regular check-ins, they can help with a range of health concerns and conditions, including diabetes, asthma, cancer, obesity, Lupus, hypertension, heart disease, high cholesterol, GERD or any other health challenge or condition that may require a need for frequent touchpoints with your care team.

Care consult

If you receive an abnormal test result, are told by a provider in your community that you need major surgery or experience some other serious health issue, you may benefit from a second opinion. Your providers at the Doc can offer that through Premise Health’s partnership with Mayo Clinic. They’re able to virtually consult with specialists at Mayo to review your medical record and come up with a recommended treatment plan for your specific health concern. Your provider will then share the outcome of that conversation with you to help you navigate your care plan and any next steps. 

Schedule a visit with your provider to get started. Should you need a second opinion from a specialist, your provider will facilitate that through care consult.

Care navigation

The Doc offers many services to cover your health needs. However, there may be times you need specialty care outside the center. Finding that care on your own can sometimes be confusing. That’s why we provide care navigation to support you in finding the affordable, high-quality care you need. 

If your provider gives you a specialist referral, your care navigator will help you find the best care at the best price in your community. They’ll even assist with scheduling your appointments, transferring your medical records and following up after your specialist visit to help with any ongoing care needs.

You can get the same great care you receive at your wellness center, virtually, either online or over the phone. This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with your trusted provider during your center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Premise Health is a provider of in-person and virtual health for the world’s leading organizations. In other words, we partner with companies to bring their employees healthcare services and operate their wellness centers.

Members are what we call our patients who are eligible to use a wellness center operated by Premise Health. It’s not a membership that you have to pay for or apply to be a part of. You’re simply considered a member once your employer has partnered with us to provide your health and wellness services.

A wellness center is where you receive care as a member. We use this term versus the typical “doctor’s office” because we offer so much more than the usual office environment. Our centers not only typically offer more services than the average doctor’s office, but are also designed with you in mind, so you feel comfortable, calm and welcomed.

The Doc Powered by Premise Health is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. Your medical staff includes a combination of physicians, nurses, and physical therapists. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. The Doc Powered by Premise Health is not staffed or managed by Devon or their employees in any way.

Yes, any participant not on Devon’s medical plan will be treated as out-of-network and will be responsible for filing their own claims.

$45 for general appointments
$20 per visit for Physical Therapy
Payment will be requested at time of service and preventive exams such as annual physical will remain at no cost.

Participants in the Devon Energy health plans, including active employees and their covered dependents, Cobra Participants in the plan, and Devon Energy retirees and their dependents are eligible to utilize the health center.  Any participant not on Devon’s medical plan can will be treated as out-of-network and will be responsible for filing their own claims.

Your personal health information is confidential, and your data is kept secure. Premise Health operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect all health records. We can’t share any personal health information with your employer or anyone else without your permission unless it pertains to a work-related health injury. Premise Health also operates through a private network and software systems that cannot be accessed by other members or company staff. You can review a notice of privacy practices within The Doc Powered by Premise Health.

The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
Same-day appointments are typically available.
