Primary Care

We offer a comprehensive range of primary care services that focus on your long-term health and preventive care. Your primary care provider will get to know you and your family, so they are better equipped to prevent, treat and manage any health issues that may come up. The best part? You can schedule appointments in real-time and message your provider on the secure My Premise Health patient portal, available online and on our mobile app.

Pharmacy

Employers’ Healthcare Pharmacy is conveniently located within the Employers’ Healthcare Center to get your prescriptions to you faster and easier. Our pharmacists take the time to get to know you and work with your primary care provider to support your overall health. They’ll not only fill your prescriptions but will work with you to manage your medications and conditions.

Unlike your usual big-box pharmacy, we offer a wide range of services that go beyond simply prescribing and monitoring medications. We can provide personal health counseling, coaching and guidance, chronic condition management and disease or medication-specific education, as well as easy prescription transfers and low-cost generics for you and your family. We also offer mail order and auto-refill prescription services. Ask your pharmacist about how to get signed up.

Lab Services

To better support you and your family’s needs, we offer clinical laboratory services that include onsite testing, as well as specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. Results can be sent to you electronically through the My Premise Health patient portal or discussed with your provider in a follow-up appointment, in-person or virtually.

Lab tests that we can perform, and process onsite include rapid strep testing, influenza testing, urine pregnancy testing and urine dip screenings. We also offer COVID-19 testing through your virtual care benefits. Simply schedule a virtual visit to get started.

Women's Health

We understand that each woman is unique and so are your healthcare needs, which is why we offer services specifically for women. Our providers will spend ample time getting to know you, so they can come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health.

Along with our general primary care services, we offer the following specifically for women’s health: pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, contraception counseling, STD testing and counseling, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), comprehensive family care, and education for self-awareness. Women’s health services are available for all eligible employees.

VACCINES

Vaccines are an essential part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to vaccinations at Employers’ Healthcare Center and Pharmacy. Your provider or pharmacist can determine which ones are right for you and your eligible dependents based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk-in to get your vaccines administered by your provider or pharmacist.

We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella
and Zoster.

With our virtual services, it’s easier than ever to get the care you need.

You can get the same great care you receive at your wellness center, virtually, either online or over the phone.

This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with a trusted provider during the center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Get the care you need at home, in the office or on the go!

We have cared for thousands of people, serving some of the nation’s top companies at more than 800 locations and over 4,800 team members. We are dedicated to delivering an effortless member experience, lower costs and convenient access to quality care for you and your family.

Employers’ Healthcare Center and Pharmacy is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of physicians, nurses and medical assistants. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Employers’ Healthcare Center and Pharmacy is not staffed or managed by CNH Industrial or their employees in any way.

While you are not required to use the center, it is offered as a convenient benefit to all CNH Industrial employees. You can also easily connect your Employers’ Healthcare Center and Pharmacy provider with your existing offsite providers and specialists.

Unfortunately, the Employer’s Healthcare Center and Pharmacy is only available to those who receive the medical benefits from CNH Industrial, such as employees, dependents, and eligible retirees. 

Services are subject to a $50 co-pay for all non-client covered services.

Rest assured, your personal health information is confidential and secure. Employers’ Healthcare Center and Pharmacy operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect your data and health records. Also, your personal information and health records are not shared with your employer without your permission. Notice of privacy practices are available for review within the center.

The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit MyPremiseHealth.com to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
