Women's Health
We understand that each woman is unique and so are your healthcare needs, which is why we offer services specifically for women. Our providers will spend ample time getting to know you, so they can come up with a personalized care plan to support your long-term health.
Along with our general primary care services, we offer the following specifically for women’s health: breast cancer screenings, pregnancy testing, pelvic exams, contraception counseling, STD testing and counseling, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), counseling for interpersonal and domestic violence, LGBTQ+ care, comprehensive family care, hormone therapy and education for self-awareness. Women’s health services are available for all Children’s employees.
Condition Management
You don’t have to navigate your health alone. With our condition management services, you can get the support you need to manage your conditions and take control of your health. Our providers will come up with personalized treatment strategies to help you make positive lifestyle changes to prevent, improve, manage or even reverse certain health issues.
Our treatment plans are tailored to meet your unique needs and can address a range of conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes and pre-diabetes, low back pain and more. We can provide one-on-one coaching, disease specific education, self-care training and condition management tactics, diet guidelines and physical activity goals, medication counseling and preventive and ongoing monitoring to manage your conditions and help you stay well.
VACCINES
Vaccines are an essential part of public health, which is why we offer convenient access to vaccinations at Children’s Employee Health Services. Your provider can determine which ones are right for you based on your age, conditions, travel habits and other factors. You can then easily schedule an appointment or simply walk-in to get your vaccines administered by your provider.
We offer a variety of routine vaccines to protect your health and our community, including Influenza, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Human Papilloma Virus (HPV), MMR, Pneumococcal, Tdap/Td, Varicella and Zoster.

Lab Services
To better support your needs, we offer clinical laboratory services that include onsite testing, as well as specimen collections for offsite processing. Our turnaround time for processing routine lab tests is typically 24 to 48 hours. Results can be sent to you electronically through the My Premise Health patient portal or discussed with your provider in a follow-up appointment, in-person or virtually.
Lab tests that we can perform, and process onsite include glucose or lipid testing, hemoglobin A1C, rapid strep testing, influenza testing, urine pregnancy testing, urine dip screenings, rapid mono testing and H-pylori testing.
*Turnaround time for results is subject to national trends and case surges.
Occupational Health
Keeping you safe at work is a top priority, which is why we offer a full suite of occupational health services. Our providers at Children’s Employee Health Services are here to treat work-related injuries and illnesses to help you get back to feeling well.
Our occupational health services are available for all Children’s Minnesota employees and include injury diagnosis and treatment, musculoskeletal evaluations, ergonomic assessments, pre/post-employment exams, drug and alcohol testing, and return-to-work plans.

Wellness
Children’s Employee Health Services offers a comprehensive approach to health by focusing on overall wellness, preventive care and chronic conditions. We want to treat you as a whole, which is why our wellness programs promote nutrition and physical activity, as well as managing stress and relationships. Our wellness providers will personalize individual wellness plans and help you make healthier choices that create positive lifestyle changes and result in a healthier you.

Behavioral Health
At Children’s Employee Health Services we believe that your mental and emotional wellbeing are just as important as your physical health. With our behavioral health services, you can get the support you need, conveniently located close to work or virtually. Our licensed counselors actively work as part of your care team to support your overall health, while making you feel safe and comfortable. You can reach them in-person or virtually, through video or by phone.*
With a blended approach of counseling techniques and evidence-based talk therapy, our behavioral health counseling services cover anxiety, depression, stress management, PTSD, ADHD, grief, adjustment challenges, substance abuse, work/life balance, family conflict and sleep issues. This safe and convenient option gives you the flexibility to schedule a virtual appointment with a trusted provider during the center’s regular business hours, at the same cost as an in-person visit. Get the care you need at home, in the office or on the go!

We are dedicated to delivering an effortless member experience, lower costs and convenient access to quality care for you.
Children’s Employee Health Services is staffed, managed and operated by Premise Health. The medical staff includes a combination of physicians, providers, nurses, medical assistants, and licensed behavioral health professional. Each staff member has been carefully screened and is qualified to deliver exceptional care. Children’s Employee Health Services is not staffed or managed by Children’s Minnesota or their employees in any way.
While you are not required to use the center, it is offered as a convenient benefit to all Children’s Minnesota employees. You can also easily connect your Children’s Employee Health Services provider with your existing offsite providers and specialists.
Children’s Employee Health Services is available to all employees.
There is no charge for behavioral health services. Primary care visits cost $30 / visit for employees with HDHP.
All employees are eligible to use the Health Center.
Rest assured, your personal health information is confidential and secure. Children’s Employee Health Services operates in accordance with HIPAA and works diligently to protect your data and health records. Also, your personal information and health records are not shared with your employer without your permission unless it pertains directly to an occupational health-related issue. Notice of privacy practices are available for review within the center.
The easiest way to make an appointment is through your online member portal. Visit MyPremiseHealth.com to set up your account and then schedule appointments online or through your My Premise Health mobile app.

While walk-ins are gladly accepted, the preferred method is to schedule an appointment ahead of time.
