Dr. Ian Beckford, M.D.
Primary Care Physician

Dr. Beckford is a board-certified family medicine physician who has been practicing since 2001. He received his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. Having joined Premise Health in 2015, Dr. Beckford’s background lies in general family medicine, urgent care, and occupational health. He’s also passionate about preventive medicine and helping members manage their long-term health conditions, treating members with the same care he would give to his own family.  When not at work, Dr. Beckford enjoys spending time visiting nature parks with his family, reading suspense novels, going to the movies, exploring new restaurants, and international travel.

Maureen Hinds
Registered Nurse, Care Manager

Maureen is registered nurse as well as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). Throughout her 37 years of dedicated nursing experience, she has provided comprehensive, member-centered care across a variety of settings with a focus in diabetes management, education, and chronic disease prevention. As a certified specialist and Care Manager, Maureen empowers members and their families through evidence-based education, personalized care planning, lifestyle changes, self-management skills, and ongoing support so they can manage their health for the long term.

Phallon Foxworth
Behavioral Health Specialist

Phallon is the care team’s Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She earned her Doctor of Education degree in May 2026, specializing in leadership studies.  Her approach to care combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and Solution-Focused, Person-Center therapy. Phallon believes in paying attention to behaviors, validating feelings, and exploring how thoughts impact reality, all within a judgment-free space. She is dedicated to giving members an individualized toolkit of coping strategies and activities to support their growth.

Anne Etonga
Chiropractor

Originally from Maryland and now located in Georgia, Dr. Etonga holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biobehavioral health from Pennsylvania State University and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in California. She treats conditions like neck pain, back pain, headaches, joint and extremity dysfunction, and soft tissue injuries using chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and other types of therapies. Dr. Etonga is passionate about educating her members and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels supported.
