If you have not done so already, first set up your account on the My Premise Health app or online at mypremisehealth.com. Then, log in and select “Get Care Now.” A Premise Health team member will then put you in touch with your provider to begin your visit.

Please note: virtual primary care cannot provide diagnostic treatment for Pipe Trades members on Medicare Advantage plans; only triage and guidance are available. This service is not available for Medicare/BCBS Advantage Plan members.
