Your mental health matters.

Want to talk? We’re listening.

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, and that means it has to be just as easy to access.

So, we’re making it easy.

Mental health counseling is a service you get through your Premise Health-operated AT&T Health & Wellbeing Centers. Through this service, you have access to health professionals so you can get personalized, confidential care to support your mental health goals.

Whether you’re dealing with a condition like depression, or if you’re simply having a rough day, you’ve got someone ready to listen.

This service is here to help you with:

*Virtual counseling is not meant for crisis care. If you’re experiencing a mental health emergency, please go to the nearest emergency department or dial 911. For a non-emergency mental health crisis, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255 (800-273-TALK) or text “HOME” to 741741.

A virtual mental health visit brings your AT&T Health & Wellbeing Center’s providers to you. In the same way you can schedule a virtual visit with any other member of your care team, you can do the same with our mental health providers.

Simply go to My Premise Health, select “Schedule an appointment,”
and choose “Behavioral Health” to get started. You can also call (888) 912-1837 for assistance.

Mental health matters because you matter.

Mental health is about more than having a condition like depression or anxiety. It’s as much a part of your wellbeing as your physical health, and it’s just as worthy of attention and care.

Mental care is similar to physical care in many ways. You get the same comprehensive, whole person attention to your health you would at an annual physical or other physical health appointment.

Whether you’re in person or virtual, you can get support with:

Our compassionate providers are here to listen.

The AT&T Health & Wellbeing Centers are proud to introduce the Premise Health mental health professionals and wellbeing ambassadors that you’ll find at their respective centers.
